This listing is for an antique brass boat signal lantern, nautical light. This is a great antique piece, it is marked Boat Signal Lantern, but I do not see a maker's mark on this lantern. Lantern measures roughly 8.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide on the base. The glass lens on this piece looks pretty early, it does have some scratching and a very small chip out of the front of the glass. This lantern does have the kerosene insert as you can see and the slide to turn the interior of the piece does work. This lantern does have surface and age wear that you would expect to find on a piece like this. There are some dents along the bottom ridge of this piece (please see the photos). I think this is a really decorator's piece, Don't miss your chance to add it to your collection!
