Perkins/Perko Antique Boat Signal Maritime Lantern Nice Shape

This is an antique Boat Signal.
Size is about 9 inches tall.
The maker is Perkins/Perko of Brooklyn.
I am unsure of the age,  I assume around the 1920's.
Condition is very good. The metal has some minor scratches. The glass is clear with no hazing. The door that opens to access the wick doesn't stay open. It appears to be on a spring that forces it mostly shut. It is also missing the handle on front.
Everything else appears intact.
