    PLEASE READ FOR CONDITION INFO:
    Minimal testing has been done on this unit as I don’t know the unit is supposed to function. It powers on, will cycle through the channels and the numerical keypad works. The volume works and the squelch turns easily. It will hold numbers that are programmed in. All this leads me to believe the machine is in good working order, but I make no guarantee of it working and am selling it AS-IS. The antenna and the rest of the machine are cosmetically in good shape. There is no mounting bracket or manual.
