Uniden SDS100 scanner with damaged antenna connector (scanner works)

Description

Please note that the scanner's antenna connector is damaged. The SMA connector that the antenna screws in to on the top of the radio is broken off inside the antenna connector. I tried to take pictures of it in the listing but it's difficult to see.
The scanner works fine with the antenna seated securely in its socket at the top of the radio but it will fall out easily if moved around. As it is you cannot use it with an external antenna because the SMA threaded portion is inside the scanners antenna currently. It can probably be fixed with some clever soldering but my soldering skills are probably not up to the task and I would make it worse. So only place a bid on this item if either it will remain stationary at your location or you think you can back out the threaded portion out of the antenna and then solder that back on to the scanner's antenna connector.
The scanner has an active DMR/MotoTRBO key.
