  • Condition: This vintage Paddington bear is in excellent shape for it's age and is complete with hat, jacket, tag, and boots. The jacket has some minor discolorations as shown the the photos. The jacket, hat, and boots are removable. The tag necklace also has some discolorations or light staining and is wrinkled. The bear also has something brown stuck to the fur in a few spots (look at the tummy area on photo 9) that I was able to wipe off without much effort but I will leave it to the new owner to do a thorough detailed cleaning. This bear is fairly large, 20 inches tall with the hat on, 19" without the hat. The sewn on hip tag says "nylon fiber stuffing all new material for all ages Eden"

    Description

    This Paddington Bear Plush Teddy is a real vintage treasure. He was made by Eden toys in 1975 and still has his original Yellow felt Hat, Blue felt Coat with 4 buttons, yellow hard rubber rain boots, and tag necklace that says "please look after this bear" on one side and "darkest peru to London England via Paddington" on the other. This bear is 19 inches tall or 20" with the hat on.
