VINTAGE BISQUE FROZEN CHARLOTTE PENNY DOLL ~ JOINTED GIRL  Her arms need attaching.  I don’t know if the lace skirt is original or added.  Her hair has probably been added .  Marked JAPAN on her back and the bottom of her feet.  She is about 3” tall
**I find these treasures at estate sales and thrift stores.  Most of them are vintage or pre-owned so occasionally are not perfect. I am not a bulk seller.  From a non-smoking and pet-free home.
