VINTAGE FROZEN CHARLOTTE PENNY DOLL ~ ORIENTAL BOY  He is in good condition with no chips or cracks.  Paint is worn in places.  He stands a little over 2 ½”.  Marked Japan on the back (hard to read).
**I find these treasures at estate sales and thrift stores.  Most of them are vintage or pre-owned so occasionally are not perfect. I am not a bulk seller.  From a non-smoking and pet-free home.

**Shipping is from Central Oregon which usually adds a day, sometimes two, to the shipping time. I ship Priority Mail with Insurance and Tracking on almost all items. I do not accept returns unless there is a need. . I have been selling on eBay for over 19 years and have always done it this way.
