Vintage Solid Brass Ships Nautical School Bell Electric Table Lamp

Up for sale is this truly Vintage Solid Brass Ships Nautical School Bell Electric Table Lamp.  Part of me wants to say this was a Bell that came of a ship or sailboat. The bell has the clapper inside with the place to tie the rope.  The base is solid brass, the Bracket that the bell hangs from is solid brass. The Socket for the bulb is vintage and should be replaced. Overall the base is 10" wide and 8' deep and to the top of the socket is about 12".  The bell itself is 6" diameter and 3-1/4" tall. This would be a great item to restore, the bell has a great tone to it when you ring it. Look at Photos and ask questions if needed
Lamp will be partially disassembled to shrink the box and reduce shipping cost
