    Description

    Vtg. REGENCY Monitoradio Receiver Model ACT-E 10 H/L/U. Condition is "Used". Unit powers on and scans theiught the 19 channels. volume works and squelch appears to give more feedback in the speakers. It appears 2 of the lights may be out in the middle of the channels but it's possible Im missing them when scanning as it scans the channels fairly fast. Antennas both extend though the back one does appear to have a slight bend in it and is a little tight getting in and out.  Not really familiar with be decide so unable to test any further but if any questions please ask.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
