A Converted Ship’s Pendant Lamp
with projecting, 360º lens!
Drop anchor for this groovy statement piece! An actual brass ship’s oil lamp was converted to a groovy 1970’s wired pendant lamp to make the perfect mood light. A long, 140” chain (11’ 8”) with a 240” inch (20’) cord allows you to hang the lamp on a hook in your ceiling! The lamp is threaded through the base as well as the top, so, with a little elbow grease, this can also be made into a table lamp if you so choose.
This vintage piece uses an antique solid brass and glass ship’s lamp. The lens is made from thick glass and is signed with “GGG” inside a triangle. The lens is complete, and brightly projects your light 360º, making this a perfect central-room lamp!
This lamp is controlled by a clicker switch located on the cord. It accepts a standard lightbulb.
Condition:
This pendant lamp is in EXCELLENT condition! The patina is bright, the lens is without flaw or damage, and the lamp works perfectly! The lamp shows light wear and a few dings to the sides, as shown in the photos. This gives the lamp an authentic character, likely acquired when the lamp was on a sailing vessel!

Returns:
